Article R1413-73 of the French Public Health Code

The Haute Autorité de santé shall draw up an annual report on the declarations it has received in application of the provisions of the present section, together with recommendations for improving patient safety. This report is sent to the Minister for Health and is made public on the Haute Autorité de santé website.

La Haute Autorité de santé élabore un bilan annuel des déclarations qu’elle a reçues en application des dispositions de la présente section accompagné des préconisations pour l’amélioration de la sécurité des patients. Ce rapport est transmis au ministre chargé de la santé et est rendu public sur le site de la Haute Autorité de santé.
