Article R1418-11 of the French Public Health Code

The Board of Directors meets at least three times a year when convened by its Chairman, who sets the agenda.

If the Chairman is unable to attend, the Board shall be convened by the Chief Executive Officer if this is justified by the urgency of the matter.

The meeting is convened as of right within thirty days of the request being made by the Minister for Health, the Chief Executive Officer of the Agency or by at least one third of the members of the Board of Directors in order to examine the issues whose inclusion on the agenda has been requested.

Le conseil d’administration se réunit au moins trois fois par an sur convocation de son président qui fixe l’ordre du jour.

En cas d’empêchement du président, le conseil est convoqué par le directeur général si l’urgence le justifie.

La convocation est de droit dans les trente jours de la demande qui en est faite par le ministre chargé de la santé, le directeur général de l’agence ou par le tiers au moins des membres du conseil d’administration en vue de l’examen des questions dont l’inscription à l’ordre du jour a été demandée.
