Article R1418-26 of the French Public Health Code

In agreement with the Director General of the Agence nationale de sécurité du médicament et des produits de santé, the Director General of the Agency may decide to carry out a joint inspection, in particular when this concerns an establishment or body carrying out activities on the same site which have been authorised by both of these agencies in application of the legislative and regulatory provisions in force.

En accord avec le directeur général de l’Agence nationale de sécurité du médicament et des produits de santé, le directeur général de l’agence peut décider une inspection conjointe notamment lorsque celle-ci porte sur un établissement ou un organisme réalisant sur le même site des activités autorisées par l’une et l’autre de ces agences en application des dispositions législatives et réglementaires en vigueur.
