The Managing Director of the Agency, the Budget Controller, the Accounting Officer and the Chairman of the Policy Board attend meetings of the Board of Directors in an advisory capacity.

The Managing Director may be assisted by any person of his choice.

The Chairman of the Board of Directors may invite any person whose presence he considers useful to attend meetings in an advisory capacity.

Le directeur général de l’agence, le contrôleur budgétaire, l’agent comptable et le président du conseil d’orientation participent aux séances du conseil d’administration avec voix consultative.

Le directeur général peut se faire assister de toute personne de son choix.

Le président du conseil d’administration peut inviter à participer aux séances, avec voix consultative, toute personne dont il estime la présence utile.
