Article R143-3 of the French Commercial code

If the title of the new owner comprises various elements of land, some encumbered by registrations, others unencumbered, whether or not situated in the same jurisdiction, disposed of for one and the same price or for separate prices, the price of each element shall be declared in the notification, by breakdown of the total price expressed in the title.

Si le titre du nouveau propriétaire comprend divers éléments d’un fonds, les uns grevés d’inscriptions, les autres non grevés, situés ou non dans le même ressort, aliénés pour un seul et même prix ou pour des prix distincts, le prix de chaque élément est déclaré dans la notification, par ventilation du prix total exprimé dans le titre.
