La désignation des représentants de proximité fait l’objet d’une délibération du comité d’agence et des conditions de travail lors de la première réunion qui suit chaque élection des membres de ce comité. Le cas échéant, cette délibération est à nouveau inscrite à l’ordre du jour de la réunion suivante.
