Article R1432-127 of the French Public Health Code

Staff representatives on the committee are appointed from among the employees of the regional health agencies referred to in Article L. 1432-9 by the trade unions represented on the agency committees.

The seats are distributed between the trade union organisations, on the basis of the results of the last elections, in proportion to the cumulative votes they obtained in each of the colleges during the elections of the staff representatives on the agency committees, with the remainders being distributed on the basis of the highest average.

Staff representatives on the committee are appointed for a period of four years.

They may be reappointed.

Les représentants du personnel au sein du comité sont désignés, parmi les agents des agences régionales de santé mentionnés à l’article L. 1432-9, par les organisations syndicales représentées dans les comités d’agence.

Les sièges sont répartis entre les organisations syndicales, sur la base des résultats des dernières élections, proportionnellement aux suffrages cumulés qu’elles ont obtenus dans chacun des collèges lors des élections des représentants du personnel au sein des comités d’agence, avec répartition des restes à la plus forte moyenne.

Les représentants du personnel au sein du comité sont désignés pour une période de quatre ans.

Leurs fonctions sont renouvelables.
