Article R1432-128 of the French Public Health Code

The list of trade unions entitled to appoint representatives and the number of seats to which they are entitled are set by order of the ministers responsible for health, health insurance, the elderly and the disabled. This order sets a deadline for the appointment of staff representatives.

La liste des organisations syndicales habilitées à désigner des représentants ainsi que le nombre de sièges auquel elles ont droit sont fixés par arrêté des ministres chargés de la santé, de l’assurance maladie, des personnes âgées et des personnes handicapées. Cet arrêté impartit un délai pour la désignation des représentants du personnel.
