Article R1432-161 of the French Public Health Code

A health and safety officer is appointed by the agency director. He/she works in the agency under the conditions laid down by decree no. 82-453 of 28 May 1982 on health and safety at work and medical prevention in the civil service.

At the initiative of the occupational physician, this agent is involved in the work of drawing up the company file.

Article R1432-161

Un agent chargé de la mise en œuvre des règles d’hygiène et de sécurité est nommé par le directeur de l’agence. Il intervient dans l’agence dans les conditions prévues par le décret n° 82-453 du 28 mai 1982 relatif à l’hygiène et à la sécurité du travail ainsi qu’à la prévention médicale dans la fonction publique.

Cet agent est associé, à l’initiative du médecin du travail, aux travaux de réalisation de la fiche d’entreprise.
