The Director General of the Regional Health Agency shall refer to the Territorial Health Board any matter falling within the remit of the Territorial Health Boards defined in articles L. 1434-10, L. 1434-14 and L. 3221-2.
The Territorial Health Boards may submit proposals to the Director General of the Regional Health Agency to improve the response to the needs of the population in the region, particularly with regard to the organisation of healthcare pathways.
The chairmen of the territorial health councils and the chairman of the regional conference on health and autonomy in the region may refer to each other any matter falling within the remit of the territorial health councils.
