Each Territorial Health Board is made up of a plenary assembly, a bureau, a specialised mental health commission and a specific committee for organising the expression of users.
The specialised mental health commission comprises no more than twenty-one members elected by the plenary assembly, including no more than twelve from the college mentioned in 1°, no more than four from the college mentioned in 2°, no more than three from the college mentioned in 3° and no more than two from the college mentioned in 4° of article R. 1434-33.
The specific body organising the expression of users comprises no more than twelve members, including no more than six from the colleges mentioned in 1°, 3° and 4° and no more than six from the college mentioned in 2° of article R. 1434-33.
When a representative of the Minister of Defence sits on a Territorial Health Board in application of II of article R. 1434-33, he may attend, at his request, the work of the specialised mental health commission and that of the specific panel organising the expression of users.
