Article R1434-39 of the French Public Health Code

The Director General of the Regional Health Agency, or his representative, may attend meetings of the Territorial Health Board, but may not vote. He may be assisted by persons of his choice.

The Territorial Health Boards, their specific committees or commissions mentioned in article R. 1434-36 may hear and consult any person with particular expertise in the field of their missions, in particular the delegate of the Human Rights Defender responsible for the Board’s territorial jurisdiction, and invite them to take part in their work.

Article R1434-39

Le directeur général de l’agence régionale de santé, ou son représentant, peut, sans prendre part aux votes, assister aux réunions du conseil territorial de santé. Il peut se faire assister des personnes de son choix.

Les conseils territoriaux de santé, leur formation spécifique ou commission mentionnées à l’article R. 1434-36 peuvent entendre et consulter toute personne ayant une compétence particulière dans le champ de leurs missions, notamment le délégué du Défenseur des droits compétent sur le ressort territorial du conseil, et les inviter à participer à leurs travaux.
