Article R1435-29 of the French Public Health Code

The financing decisions referred to in Article L. 1435-8 determine each year the amount of the sums to be paid to the beneficiary, including when the financing is provided on a multi-annual basis, the maximum duration of which may not exceed five years.

For the task referred to in 1° of article R. 1435-16, the specifications referred to in article R. 6315-6 constitute the funding decision.

When the operation to be financed concerns several regions, the directors general of the competent regional health agencies take a joint decision to allocate funding.

Les décisions de financement mentionnées à l’article L. 1435-8 déterminent chaque année le montant des sommes à verser au bénéficiaire, y compris lorsque le financement est prévu sur une base pluriannuelle dont la durée maximale ne peut excéder cinq ans.

Pour la mission mentionnée au 1° de l’article R. 1435-16, le cahier des charges mentionné à l’article R. 6315-6 vaut décision de financement.

Lorsque l’opération à financer concerne plusieurs régions, les directeurs généraux des agences régionales de santé compétentes prennent une décision commune d’attribution de financement.
