Article R1435-31 of the French Public Health Code

When the beneficiary of the funding is a coordination support system or a specific regional system, the funding decision is taken in application of the provisions of article L. 162-45 of the Social Security Code. The conditions for the financial coverage of services and the application of the derogations provided for in this article are appended to the contract mentioned in the previous article.

Lorsque le bénéficiaire du financement est un dispositif d’appui à la coordination ou un dispositif spécifique régional, la décision de financement est prise en application des dispositions de l’article L. 162-45 du code de la sécurité sociale. Les conditions de prise en charge financière des prestations et l’application des dérogations prévues à cet article sont annexées au contrat mentionné à l’article précédent.
