Article R1442-15 of the French Public Health Code

For its application to Guadeloupe, Saint-Barthélemy and Saint-Martin, article R. 1434-1 is amended as follows:

1° After the words: the regional prefect, the words: and the State representative in the local authorities of Saint-Barthélemy and Saint-Martin, are added;

2° 2° is replaced by the following provisions:

“2° The Departmental Council for Citizenship and Autonomy of Guadeloupe and the Territorial Councils for Citizenship and Autonomy of Saint-Barthélemy and Saint-Martin, as provided for in Article L. 149-1 of the Social Action and Family Code;”.

Pour son application à la Guadeloupe, à Saint-Barthélemy et à Saint-Martin, l’article R. 1434-1 est ainsi modifié :

1° Après les mots : du préfet de région sont ajoutés les mots : et du représentant de l’Etat dans les collectivités de Saint-Barthélemy et de Saint-Martin, ;

2° Le 2° est remplacé par les dispositions suivantes :

“ 2° Du conseil départemental de la citoyenneté et de l’autonomie de la Guadeloupe et des conseils territoriaux de la citoyenneté et de l’autonomie de Saint-Barthélemy et de Saint-Martin, prévus à l’article L. 149-1 du code de l’action sociale et des familles ; ”.
