The specific characteristics of the premises are assessed in consideration of:
1° Its location in the building in which it is situated, its surface area and volume, and the convenience of its access for the public;
2° The size of the areas respectively assigned to receiving the public, to the operation or to each of the various activities that are carried out on the premises ;
3° Of its dimensions, the conformation of each part and its adaptation to the form of activity carried out there;
4° Of the state of maintenance, obsolescence or healthiness and compliance with the standards required by employment legislation;
5° Of the nature and condition of the equipment and operating resources made available to the lessee.
