Article R1453-16 of the French Public Health Code

The recommendations referred to in Article L. 1453-10 may relate in particular to :

1° The definition of benefits required by the provisions of 4° of Article R. 1453-14 ;

2° The amounts of these benefits, with regard to the thresholds provided for by the decree mentioned in article L. 1453-11;

3° The content of the agreement mentioned in article R. 1453-14.

These recommendations are sent individually to the persons mentioned in article L. 1453-5 by tele-procedure. They are communicated by any means to the persons referred to in article L. 1453-4 concerned by the agreement.

Article R1453-16

Les recommandations mentionnées à l’article L. 1453-10 peuvent porter notamment sur :

1° La définition des avantages exigée par les dispositions du 4° de l’article R. 1453-14 ;

2° Les montants de ces avantages, au regard des seuils prévus par l’arrêté mentionné à l’article L. 1453-11 ;

3° Le contenu de la convention mentionné à l’article R. 1453-14.

Ces recommandations sont adressées individuellement aux personnes mentionnées à l’article L. 1453-5 par téléprocédure. Elles sont communiquées par tout moyen aux personnes visées à l’article L. 1453-4 concernées par la convention.
