Article R1453-19 of the French Public Health Code

The information gathered by the national councils of the orders of the health professions or, in the case of the order of pharmacists, the central council concerned, and by the regional health agencies referred to in article R. 1453-15 is the subject of a report drawn up every two years and sent to the Minister for Health with a view to evaluating the operation of the system and drawing conclusions from it. The nature of this information and its presentation are defined by an order of the Minister for Health.

Les informations recueillies par les conseils nationaux des ordres des professions de santé, ou, pour l’ordre des pharmaciens, le conseil central concerné, et par les agences régionales de santé mentionnées à l’article R. 1453-15 font l’objet d’un rapport établi tous les deux ans et adressé au ministre chargé de la santé en vue d’évaluer le fonctionnement du dispositif et d’en tirer les conséquences. La nature de ces informations et leur présentation sont définies par un arrêté du ministre chargé de la santé.
