I.-Investigation assistants shall, at the express request and under the supervision of the judicial police officer or the judicial police agent, where the latter is competent, carry out the acts and procedures provided for in Article 21-3.
They may draw up a report of these acts and procedures, in which their name, capacity and the request on which they are acting are mentioned, as well as the name and capacity of the judicial police officer, or, where competent, the judicial police agent, under whose authority these missions are carried out.
II.-Once the judicial police officer has previously identified the elements useful in establishing the truth from the recordings provided for in Article 100-5 or in the third paragraph of article 706-95-18, the investigation assistant may, at the express request of the judicial police officer alone, transcribe or describe them in a report.
The judicial police officer checks the accuracy of the transcription or description at the end of the operations.
