Article R15-33-17 of the French Code of Criminal Procedure

The report drawn up by the Public Prosecutor at the Paris Court of Appeal is notified directly to the authorised customs officer, who may submit comments in writing within a period of fifteen days, at the end of which time the final report is sent to the magistrate responsible for the judicial missions of the customs and tax authorities. It will be taken into account for the administrative assessment of the customs officer concerned.

La notation établie par le procureur général près la cour d’appel de Paris est portée directement à la connaissance de l’agent des douanes habilité qui peut présenter des observations par écrit dans un délai de quinze jours, délai à l’issue duquel la notation définitive est transmise au magistrat délégué aux missions judiciaires de la douane et de l’administration fiscale. Elle est prise en compte pour la notation administrative de l’agent des douanes intéressé.
