Article R15-33-21 of the French Code of Criminal Procedure

When acting in the context of a preliminary investigation, authorised customs officers may relate in a single report the various operations carried out in the course of the same investigation.

If several of these officers are involved in a preliminary investigation, the name of the officer who personally carried out each of the operations must be specified.

Lorsqu’ils agissent dans le cadre de l’enquête préliminaire, les agents des douanes habilités peuvent relater dans un seul procès-verbal les différentes opérations effectuées au cours de la même enquête.

Si plusieurs de ces agents concourent à une enquête préliminaire, le nom de celui qui a personnellement accompli chacune des opérations doit être précisé.
