Article R1511-28 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

In all cases, the lender must inform the borrower, before the loan agreement is signed, of the terms and conditions of the involvement of the local authorities or their groupings and in particular those provided for in the agreements referred to in Article R. 1511-24.

Dans tous les cas, le prêteur doit faire connaître à l’emprunteur, avant la signature du contrat de prêt, les modalités de l’intervention des collectivités territoriales ou de leurs groupements et en particulier celles prévues par les conventions mentionnées à l’article R. 1511-24.
