II.-1° In Article D. 1161-1:
a) In the first paragraph, the words: “mentioned in Books I and II and Titles I to VII of Book III” are replaced by the words: “under the conditions laid down by Chapters I to III of Title II of Book IV”;
b) In the third paragraph, the words: “in accordance with Article L. 1114-1” are deleted;
2° In Article R. 1161-3:
a) In the first paragraph, the words “under Article L. 1114-1” are deleted;
b) In the second paragraph, the words: “governed by the provisions of Books I and II and Titles I to VII of Book III” are replaced by the words: “under the conditions set out in Chapters I to III of Title II of Book IV”.
