Article R1522-5 of the French Public Health Code

For their application in Wallis and Futuna:

1° In articles R. 1241-4 and R. 1241-10, the words: “before the president of the judicial court or his delegate” are deleted ;

2° The Minister for Health designates, by order, the competent authority to issue the authorisations provided for in Chapter II.

Pour leur application à Wallis-et-Futuna :

1° Aux articles R. 1241-4 et R. 1241-10, les mots : ” devant le président du tribunal judiciaire ou son délégué ” sont supprimés ;

2° Le ministre chargé de la santé désigne, par arrêté, l’autorité compétente pour délivrer les autorisations prévues au chapitre II.
