Article R153-2 of the French Commercial code

When, pursuant to 1° of Article L. 153-1, the judge restricts access to the document to persons authorised to assist or represent the parties, he may also decide that these persons may not make a copy or reproduction of it, except with the agreement of the holder of the document.

Article R153-2

Lorsqu’en application du 1° de l’article L. 153-1, le juge restreint l’accès à la pièce aux seules personnes habilitées à assister ou représenter les parties, il peut également décider que ces personnes ne peuvent pas en faire de copie ou de reproduction, sauf accord du détenteur de la pièce.
