Article R1612-22 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The new decision of the municipal council, the departmental council, the regional council or the board of directors of the public institution, taken in accordance with the second paragraph of Article L. 1612-5, is sent within eight days to the State representative and to the regional audit chamber.

Article R1612-22

La nouvelle délibération du conseil municipal, du conseil départemental, du conseil régional ou du conseil d’administration de l’établissement public, prise conformément au deuxième alinéa de l’article L. 1612-5, est adressée dans le délai de huit jours au représentant de l’Etat et à la chambre régionale des comptes.
