Article R1612-25 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

If the initial budget, sent to the regional audit chamber, in accordance with the second paragraph of article L. 1612-9 has not been adopted in real balance, the representative of the State shall refer the matter to the Chamber, in accordance with article R. 1612-19. The procedure provided for in articles R. 1612-21 à R. 1612-23.

Article R1612-25

Si le budget primitif, transmis à la chambre régionale des comptes, conformément au deuxième alinéa de l’article L. 1612-9 n’a pas été adopté en équilibre réel, le représentant de l’Etat en saisit la chambre, conformément à l’article R. 1612-19. Il est fait application de la procédure prévue aux articles R. 1612-21 à R. 1612-23.
