Article R1612-27 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

When the State representative refers a matter to the regional audit chamber, in accordance with article L. 1612-14, it shall attach to its referral, in addition to the administrative account and the management account, all the budgetary documents relating to the financial year in question and to the following financial year.

Lorsque le représentant de l’Etat saisit la chambre régionale des comptes, conformément à l’article L. 1612-14, il joint à sa saisine, outre le compte administratif et le compte de gestion, l’ensemble des documents budgétaires se rapportant à l’exercice intéressé et à l’exercice suivant.
