Article R1612-37 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

Within one month of notification of the formal notice referred to in article R. 1612-35, the local authority or public establishment concerned shall open the necessary appropriations. The corresponding decision is sent to the regional audit chamber and to the applicant within eight days of its adoption.

Article R1612-37

Dans le délai d’un mois à compter de la notification de l’avis portant la mise en demeure visée à l’article R. 1612-35, la collectivité ou l’établissement public intéressé procède à l’ouverture des crédits nécessaires. La décision correspondante est transmise à la chambre régionale des comptes et au requérant dans les huit jours de son adoption.
