Article R1612-38 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The procedure defined in the second paragraph of article R. 1612-35, to articles R. 1612-36 and R. 1612-37 applies when the representative of the State refers the matter to the regional audit chamber, in accordance with article L. 1612-18.

La procédure définie au deuxième alinéa de l’article R. 1612-35, aux articles R. 1612-36 et R. 1612-37 s’applique lorsque le représentant de l’Etat saisit la chambre régionale des comptes, conformément à l’article L. 1612-18.
