Article R1614-12 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

Agreements between the State and the region may provide for the transmission of the information provided for in article R. 1614-11 by computer files complying with the specifications of national information systems.

They may also provide for:

1° The adaptation of standardised forms relating to apprenticeships to the region’s own statistical requirements and the joint production of specific statistics;

2° The implementation of complementary information systems.

Des conventions passées entre l’Etat et la région peuvent prévoir la transmission des informations prévues à l’article R. 1614-11 par fichiers informatiques conformes aux spécifications des systèmes d’information nationaux.

Elles peuvent prévoir en outre :

1° L’adaptation des formulaires normalisés relatifs à l’apprentissage, aux besoins statistiques propres de la région et la réalisation conjointe de statistiques particulières ;

2° La mise en place de systèmes d’informations complémentaires.
