Article R1614-26 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

Agreements between the State and the territorial authority or grouping of territorial authorities may provide for:

1° The transmission of computer media complying with the specifications of national information systems in place of standardised documents;

2° The joint production of statistics other than those referred to in articles R. 1614-22 et R. 1614-23.

Article R1614-26

Des conventions passées entre l’Etat et la collectivité territoriale ou le groupement de collectivités territoriales peuvent prévoir :

1° La transmission de supports informatiques conformes aux spécifications des systèmes d’information nationaux en remplacement des documents normalisés ;

2° La réalisation conjointe de statistiques autres que celles visées aux articles R. 1614-22 et R. 1614-23.
