Article R1614-30 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

During the first quarter of each calendar year and in respect of the previous year, the president of the departmental council sends the prefect, using standardised forms:

1° A statistical statement of the staff and activities of the departmental health and social services, authorised bodies or local authorities that have signed an agreement with the department, and services or bodies providing home services under the department’s jurisdiction;

2° The number of admissions to each form of legal social assistance and the number of beneficiaries by type of benefit under its jurisdiction;

3° A statistical statement of the health situation under maternal and child protection.

Article R1614-30

Au cours du premier trimestre de chaque année civile et au titre de l’année précédente, le président du conseil départemental transmet au préfet, à l’aide de formulaires normalisés :

1° Un état statistique des personnels et des activités des services sanitaires et sociaux départementaux, des organismes habilités ou des collectivités territoriales ayant signé une convention avec le département, des services ou organismes prestataires de service à domicile relevant de la compétence du département ;

2° Le nombre d’admissions à chacune des formes d’aide sociale légale ainsi que le nombre de bénéficiaires par type de prestation relevant de sa compétence ;

3° Un état statistique de la situation sanitaire au titre de la protection maternelle et infantile.
