Article R1621-5 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

I. – The revenues of the fund mentioned in article R. 1621-4 are made up of:

1° The contributions payable by local elected representatives on their official allowances;

2° The advance referred to in Article L. 1621-3;

3° The sums likely to be repaid to it pursuant to the general conditions of use mentioned in Article L. 1621-5.

II. – The expenses of the fund referred to in Article R. 1621-4 are:

1° Training expenses consisting of educational costs, travel and accommodation expenses;

2° The costs of the administrative, technical, accounting and financial management of the fund incurred by Caisse des dépôts et consignations, in accordance with the agreement on objectives and performance referred to in Article L. 1621-4.

I. – Les recettes du fonds mentionné à l’article R. 1621-4 sont constituées par :


1° Les cotisations dues par les élus locaux sur leurs indemnités de fonction ;


2° L’avance mentionnée à l’article L. 1621-3 ;


3° Les sommes susceptibles de lui être reversées en application des conditions générales d’utilisation mentionnées à l’article L. 1621-5.

II. – Les dépenses du fonds mentionné à l’article R. 1621-4 sont :

1° Les dépenses de formation constituées par les frais pédagogiques, les frais de déplacement et de séjour ;

2° Les frais de la gestion administrative, technique, comptable et financière du fond engagés par la Caisse des dépôts et consignations, conformément à la convention d’objectifs et de performance mentionnée à l’article L. 1621-4.
