When subject to the obligation provided for in 10° of article 138 (paragraph 2) the accused chooses the practitioner or establishment that will provide the examination, treatment or care. He or she shall present or send to the judge all the evidence required.
Where the provisions of articles L. 355-1 et seq. of the Public Health Code are applicable, the examining magistrate may order the accused person, under judicial supervision, to submit to the health surveillance measures provided for in article L. 355-3 of the said code. Notice of the order placing the person under judicial supervision shall be given to the health authority.
