Article R179 of the French Code of Criminal Procedure

Each hearing judicial officer receives a daily allowance of:

1° 20 euros for the service of a hearing of the Cour de cassation;

2° 130 euros for the service of a hearing of the cour d’assises;

3° 60 euros for the service of a hearing of the tribunal correctionnel, the tribunal pour enfants or a chambre des appels correctionnels;

4° 30 euros for the service of a hearing of the tribunal de police.

Chaque huissier de justice audiencier reçoit une indemnité journalière de :
