Article R191 of the French Code of Criminal Procedure

It is allocated to the persons mentioned in Article R. 188, for capture or seizure of the person, in execution of:

1° A police judgement or a correctional judgement or ruling imposing a prison sentence not exceeding ten days: 0.76 euro.

2° Of an arrest warrant or a judgement or ruling in a correctional matter carrying a prison sentence of more than ten days: 1.07 euro.

3° Of a committal order or a judgment sentencing a person to a term of criminal imprisonment not exceeding ten years: 1.52 euro.

4° Of a judgment sentencing the offender to a term of imprisonment exceeding ten years or to a more severe penalty: 3.05 euros.

Article R191

Il est alloué aux personnes mentionnées à l’article R. 188, pour capture ou saisie de la personne, en exécution :

1° D’un jugement de police ou d’un jugement ou arrêt correctionnel prononçant une peine d’emprisonnement n’excédant pas dix jours : 0,76 euro.

2° D’un mandat d’arrêt ou d’un jugement ou arrêt en matière correctionnelle emportant peine d’emprisonnement de plus de dix jours : 1,07 euro.

3° D’une ordonnance de prise de corps ou d’un arrêt de condamnation à une peine de réclusion criminelle à temps n’excédant pas dix ans : 1,52 euro.

4° D’un arrêt de condamnation à une peine de réclusion criminelle à temps excédant dix ans ou à une peine plus forte : 3,05 euros.
