Article R194 of the French Code of Criminal Procedure

Judicial officers, who travel outside the commune of their residence, shall be allocated the allowance provided for in article R110.

Judicial officers holding travel permits or enjoying reduced fares in their personal capacity or by reason of their employment are not entitled to reimbursement of transport costs for the part corresponding to the exemption from which they benefit. Requests for reimbursement of transport costs must be accompanied by a declaration from the persons concerned certifying that they do not benefit, in any capacity whatsoever, from fare advantages, or if they do, that they do not benefit from advantages other than those stated in the request.

No transport is due within the limits of the towns or main towns of the communes, as currently fixed.

Article R194

Il est alloué aux huissiers de justice, qui se transportent hors de la commune de leur résidence, l’indemnité prévue à l’article R110.

Les huissiers de justice titulaires de permis de circulation ou jouissant à titre personnel ou en raison de leur emploi, de réductions de tarifs, n’ont pas droit au remboursement des frais de transport pour la partie correspondant à l’exonération dont ils bénéficient. Les demandes de remboursement de frais de transport doivent être obligatoirement accompagnées d’une déclaration des intéressés certifiant qu’ils ne bénéficient pas, à quelque titre que ce soit, d’avantages de tarifs, ou dans le cas contraire, qu’ils ne bénéficient pas d’autres avantages que ceux dont il est fait état dans la demande.

Il n’est dû aucun transport dans les limites des villes ou chefs-lieux de commune, telles qu’elles sont actuellement fixées.
