Article R2-1 of the French Code of Criminal Procedure

After carrying out the drawing of lots operations provided for in article 261 with a view to drawing up the preparatory list mentioned in article R. 2, the mayor shall send, before 15 April, to the persons drawn by lot:

1° A notice containing the information or particulars provided for in 1° and 2° of Article 10-4 and to Article R. 2-3 ;

2° The collection of information provided for in the last paragraph of Article 10-4 which must be completed, in accordance with article R. 2-5.

Article R2-1

Après avoir procédé aux opérations de tirage au sort prévues par l’article 261 en vue de l’établissement de la liste préparatoire mentionnée à l’article R. 2, le maire adresse, avant le 15 avril, aux personnes tirées au sort :

1° Un avis comportant les informations ou mentions prévues aux 1° et 2° de l’article 10-4 et à l’article R. 2-3 ;

2° Le recueil d’informations prévu au dernier alinéa de l’article 10-4 qui doit être renseigné, conformément à l’article R. 2-5.
