Article R212-10 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

The technical specifications of cinemas and technical projection equipment, compliance with which is a condition for the approval of a cinema entertainment establishment under articles L. 212-14 and L. 212-17, are set by decision of the Chairman of the Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée taken pursuant to 2° of Article L. 111-3.

Les spécifications techniques des salles et des équipements techniques de projection, au respect desquelles est subordonnée l’homologation d’un établissement de spectacles cinématographiques en vertu des articles L. 212-14 et L. 212-17, sont fixées par décision du président du Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée prise en application du 2° de l’article L. 111-3.
