The application for approval mentioned in article R. 212-12 indicates the technical specifications with which the applicant cannot comply, the rooms concerned and the equipment in the establishment to which these specifications apply. It is accompanied by all the information and documents needed to justify the exemption requested, in particular the programming project in the case mentioned in 4° of article R. 212-12.

La demande d’homologation mentionnée à l’article R. 212-12 indique les spécifications techniques auxquelles le demandeur ne peut se conformer, les salles concernées et les équipements de l’établissement auxquels ces spécifications s’appliquent. Elle est accompagnée de tous renseignements et documents permettant de justifier la dérogation demandée, notamment le projet de programmation dans le cas mentionné au 4° de l’article R. 212-12.
