Article R212-12-3 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

In order to issue the approval referred to in article R. 212-12, the President of the Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée may consult, depending on the exemption requested, experts in the fields of cinema exhibition, architecture, cinema projection techniques, business management, accounting and financing, heritage conservation, as well as people working in the cultural field within local authorities.

Pour la délivrance de l’homologation mentionnée à l’article R. 212-12, le président du Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée peut consulter, selon la dérogation demandée, des experts en matière d’exploitation cinématographique, d’architecture, de techniques de projection cinématographique, de gestion, comptabilité et financement des entreprises, de conservation du patrimoine ainsi que des personnes exerçant des fonctions dans le domaine culturel au sein des collectivités territoriales.
