Article R212-13 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

The President of the Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée may withdraw approval if it turns out that the characteristics of a cinema or the technical projection equipment do not comply with the description in the application file on the basis of which approval was granted, that approval was granted on the basis of false information contained in this file or when the conditions to which approval was subject are no longer met, in particular in the case mentioned in 4° of article R. 212-12, when the cinematographic offer proposed does not correspond to the programming project.

The licence holder is given the opportunity to comment within thirty days.

Article R212-13

Le président du Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée peut retirer l’homologation lorsqu’il s’avère que les caractéristiques d’une salle ou des équipements techniques de projection ne sont pas conformes à la description figurant dans le dossier de la demande au vu duquel l’homologation a été accordée, que l’homologation a été accordée sur la base d’informations fausses contenues dans ce dossier ou lorsque les conditions auxquelles l’homologation était subordonnée ne sont plus réunies, notamment dans le cas mentionné au 4° de l’article R. 212-12, lorsque l’offre cinématographique proposée ne correspond pas au projet de programmation.

Le titulaire est mis à même de faire valoir ses observations dans un délai de trente jours.
