Article R212-7-19 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

When the decision grants the authorisation requested, the Prefect will have an extract of this decision published, at the beneficiary’s expense, in two regional or local newspapers circulated in the department.

The same applies to the prefectoral certificate in the event of tacit authorisation.

Lorsque la décision accorde l’autorisation demandée, le préfet fait publier, aux frais du bénéficiaire, un extrait de cette décision dans deux journaux régionaux ou locaux diffusés dans le département.

Il en est de même de l’attestation préfectorale en cas d’autorisation tacite.
