Article R212-7-22 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

When lodged by persons other than the Prefect or the Film Ombudsman, the appeal is sent by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to the Chairman of the Commission nationale d’aménagement cinématographique.

Under penalty of inadmissibility, the appeal must state the grounds on which it is based and the interest of each appellant.

Otherwise, notifications, summonses or other documents are validly addressed to the domicile of the first signatory.

Lorsqu’il est introduit par des personnes autres que le préfet ou le médiateur du cinéma, le recours est adressé, par lettre recommandée avec demande d’avis de réception, au président de la Commission nationale d’aménagement cinématographique.

Sous peine d’irrecevabilité, le recours est motivé et fait état de l’intérêt à agir de chaque requérant.

Lorsqu’il est exercé par plusieurs personnes, celles-ci font élection de domicile en un seul lieu ; à défaut, les notifications, convocations ou autres actes sont valablement adressés au domicile du premier signataire.
