Article R212-7-6 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

If the application is incomplete, the Prefect, within fifteen days of receipt of the application, will invite the interested party, by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, to provide additional documentation.

When all these documents have been provided, article R. 212-7-5 is applied and the investigation period begins on receipt of the last document to complete the file.

Si le dossier est incomplet, le préfet, dans les quinze jours de la réception de la demande, invite l’intéressé, par lettre recommandée avec demande d’avis de réception, à fournir les pièces complémentaires.

Lorsque toutes ces pièces ont été produites, il est fait application de l’article R. 212-7-5 et le délai d’instruction court à compter de la réception de la dernière pièce complétant le dossier.
