Within a period of one month from the date of registration of an application for authorisation, the members of the Commission départementale d’aménagement cinématographique will receive, by electronic means, communication of this application accompanied by:
1° The prefectoral order establishing the composition of the commission;
2° The letter registering the application as provided for in article R. 212-7-5 ;
3° The form provided for in article R. 212-6-7.
However, at their request, the members of the Commission may receive all these documents by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt.
