Article R2131-10 of the French Public Health Code

Only centres that have received the authorisation referred to in VIII of Article L. 2131-1, issued by decision of the Director General of the Agence de la biomédecine after consultation with the Agency’s Orientation Council, may be designated as multidisciplinary prenatal diagnosis centres. The duration of the authorisation is five years.

Seuls peuvent être dénommés centres pluridisciplinaires de diagnostic prénatal les centres qui ont reçu l’autorisation mentionnée au VIII de l’article L. 2131-1 délivrée par décision du directeur général de l’Agence de la biomédecine après avis du conseil d’orientation de l’agence. La durée de l’autorisation est de cinq ans.
