Article R2131-11 of the French Public Health Code

The authorisation of a centre, as provided for in article L. 2131-5, is subject to the following conditions:

1° The centre must operate within a public or private health organisation or establishment of collective interest, on a site with an obstetrics unit ;

2° It must form a multidisciplinary team, the composition of which is defined in article R. 2131-12 ;

3° It must carry out all the tasks defined in article R. 2131-10.

Article R2131-11

L’autorisation d’un centre, prévu à l’article L. 2131-5, est subordonné aux conditions suivantes :

1° Le centre doit fonctionner au sein d’un organisme ou établissement de santé public ou privé d’intérêt collectif, sur un site disposant d’une unité d’obstétrique ;

2° Il doit constituer l’équipe pluridisciplinaire dont la composition est définie à l’article R. 2131-12 ;

3° Il doit assurer l’ensemble des missions définies à l’article R. 2131-10.
