The pregnant woman or the couple will, at her request, be heard by all or some of the members of the multidisciplinary team prior to the consultation mentioned below.

The centre will suggest additional investigations or seek specialist external advice if it is necessary to support the diagnosis or prognosis.

A doctor from the centre will inform the pregnant woman, the couple or the doctor treating them of the possible options for foetal medicine, treatment or care after the birth. If necessary, he or she will suggest referral to specialised facilities.

These proposals and opinions are presented to the pregnant woman, the couple or the attending physician by one or more members of the multidisciplinary team, after consultation within the team.

When the multidisciplinary team meets in application of 2° of article R. 2131-10, a doctor chosen by the woman is involved, at her request, in the consultation mentioned above.

La femme enceinte ou le couple est, à sa demande, entendu par tout ou partie des membres de l’équipe pluridisciplinaire préalablement à la concertation mentionnée ci-après.

Le centre propose des investigations complémentaires ou recourt à des avis extérieurs spécialisés s’il y a lieu d’étayer le diagnostic ou le pronostic.

Un médecin du centre indique à la femme enceinte, au couple ou au médecin traitant les éventuelles possibilités de médecine fœtale, de traitement ou de prise en charge à partir de la naissance. Il propose, le cas échéant, une orientation vers des structures spécialisées.

Ces propositions et avis sont présentés à la femme enceinte ou au couple ou au médecin traitant par un ou plusieurs membres de l’équipe pluridisciplinaire, après concertation au sein de celle-ci.

Lorsque l’équipe pluridisciplinaire se réunit en application du 2° de l’article R. 2131-10, un médecin choisi par la femme est associé, à la demande de celle-ci, à la concertation mentionnée ci-dessus.
